Spa removal access checklist for tight backyards

Start at the spa and walk the exact route a large panel would take. Look for turns that are easy for a person but hard for a wide object. A hose bib, heat pump, air-conditioning unit, or fence post can become the true narrow point.

Check the ground

Concrete and level pavers provide different footing from wet grass, gravel, or bark. Point out irrigation heads, drains, decorative lighting, and recently planted areas. If the ground gets soft after rain, include that in the estimate request.

Plan the shared spaces

If the path uses a shared driveway, alley, or common gate, check access before the crew arrives. Keep the loading area clear and confirm any time or parking limits that apply to the property.
